There are a large number of tasks that have to be done both prior to your initial publication and on an ongoing basis from issue to issue. The Guide aXcess solution is custom-designed for each organization to provide our services where they are needed, but to still allow enough flexibility for various organizations and existing resources.

Pre-Launch

The majority of the key decisions and work performed is done prior to the first issue. TBF Digital guides you through this daunting process, which includes the following:

  • Design of the publication’s logo and brand
  • Consultation and development of the online Guide aXcess application, addressing any custom functionality required by you or your advertisers
  • Development of a custom public web site for the intended market of your publication
  • Assistance with key decisions faced by publishers, such as publication construction and advertising rates
  • Building a network of the most effective and economical distribution locations and routes
  • Professional design of a library of stock graphics for advertising companies. This includes custom borders, logos, and other graphics that complement the template-based ads that will make up most of your publication.

After Launch

Once you launch your publication, your solution will include the support services necessary for each issue, including:

  • Ongoing stock graphic design and maintenance
  • Support for the online Guide aXcess ad designer and manager
  • Printing the publication
  • Distribution and usage tracking for each issue
